Omni Logistics Hiring! Full Time Logistics Manager - Assistant Logistics Manager in New Territories, Hong Kong - Ricebowl

Job Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a warehouse team, including day-to-day operations, warehouse planning, shipment co-ordinations& Import/Export licensing control
- Set-up KPIs for warehouse operations and monitor its effectiveness
- Control and monitor the company resources covering manpower, equipment, materials & floor space to ensure the optimal utilization
- Evaluate, implement and enhance work processes, safety, security and ISO requirements
- Liaise and monitor the performance of the subordinates and provide guidance on their work
- Communicate with customer when necessary
- Develop people organization
- Perform Ad Hoc duties assigned by the management

Requirements:

- Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain management or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years for manager for manager solid experience in sizeable warehouse operations with managerial
experience
- With experience in Electronic Warehouse is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office, i.e. Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Fluent in both written and spoken Cantonese and English, Mandarin is an advantage
-  Experience in using SAP / Oracle / ERP / WMS is a plus
-  Automation knowledge is a plus
-  Experience in project management & presentation
-  Proactively to enhance process effectiveness & continuous improvement
-  Independently to communicate with customers
-  Responsible, can-do mindset and a team player
-  Strong leadership, people management skill and problem solving
-  Immediately available will be highly preferred

***Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Logistics Manager
