Job Description:
Provide technical support for cloud-based /SCCM / VM ware/ Linux systems, applications, and infrastructure.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud services, networking, storage, and security.
Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements.
Assist in deployment, configuration, and maintenance of cloud, firewall and switch etc
Collaborate with DevOps and development teams to ensure smooth operations.
Document support processes, incidents, and resolutions for knowledge sharing.
Assist users with access management, permissions, and cloud service-related queries.
Handle incidents, services and change requests
Job Requirements:
Higher Diploma or above qualifications
2 year or above experiences with system support, Cloud AD / Networking and operations , Microsoft 365 administration (Account modification/license assignment)/ SCCM/ VMware related
Experience in data centre operations
Experience in managing a small team and coaching junior staff
knowledge and experience of MacOS support
ITIL Foundation Certification holder is an advantage
Fluent Cantonese , English and Putonghua
Immediate available is highly preferred
