Responsibilities:

• Handle and Coordinate Plastic & Paper product development cycle (prototypes, molds, production, product and material sourcing) with factory

• Responsible in managing/ assisting to manage suppliers, product development schedule, costing comparison & calculation, sourcing material and vendors.

• Follow-up orders with factory, customers and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery

• Shorten development lead-times

• Handle ad-hoc assignments as required

• Willing to travel or station in China factories

Requirements:

• Form 7 or above

• At least 5-8 yrs of experiences in toys manufacturing

• Strong with plastic paper development cycle / schedule is a definite advantage

• Familiar with safety requirements

• Good command in English

• Excellent communication skills with overseas customers and vendors are essential

• Work independently, hands - on mentality, pro-active attitude, Creative

• Immediately available is preferred

• Candidates with more experience can be considered as Project Manager
