Job Duties:

• Act as the technical lead for TAS, POS, and payment gateway systems.

• Oversee Level 2 support operations and ensure compliance with SLA.

• Provide advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex incidents

• Coordinate system integration efforts and validate technical changes.

• Support project planning. technical design reviews, and implementation oversight.

Job Requirement:

• F.5 or above

• At least 5 years' experience in POS system support

• Strong knowledge of ticketing systems. POS solutions, and payment gateways.
