Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
1) Tender Bidding / Pre-Sales Support
Support preparation of tender responses from requirement review through submission.
Translate customer requirements into solution scope, assumptions, and deliverables.
Assist in building bid structure (response outlines, compliance matrices, narratives).
Perform gap analysis between customer requirements and company capabilities.
Prepare presentations and support customer meetings during pre-sales phases.
2) Business Analyst Activities
Conduct requirement gathering, documentation, and analysis for bid and pre-sale work.
Provide business-analysis with UIUX concept to support during presales activities, including but not limited to map processes, create user journeys, perform gap analysis, and recommend user-centered options.
Generate insight-driven recommendations and talking points that aid sales and solutioning conversations.
Create simple wireframes, interaction flows or annotated mockups to communicate proposed UX solutions
Maintain a repository of proposal templates, UX patterns, case studies, and reusable collateral.
Support post-submission activities such as evaluation clarifications and best-practice capture for future bids.
Produce clear documentation such as business requirements, workflows, and high-level process maps.
Ensure bid materials are logically structured, accurate, and aligned with customer needs.
Maintain version control and track bid progress and open items.
3) Internal Business Development
Support internal BD activities, including opportunity qualification and lead research.
Identify potential verticals, account opportunities, and solution themes for growth.
Support creation of internal proposals such as capability statements, service packages, and differentiators.
Participate in internal reviews and continuously improve bid/pre-sale processes.
4) Others
· With Project Delivery experience is a PLUS
Required Skills & Experience
3-5 years in pre-sales, bid/tender response, or business analysis in a technology/services environment (adjust as needed).
Proven experience reviewing tender/RFP documents and participating in bid responses.
Strong written and presentation skills; comfortable with fast pace and preparing client-ready proposals and decks.
Ability to translate business needs into solution features and clear acceptance criteria.
Basic commercial awareness: familiarity with costing, assumptions, and pricing inputs.
Good stakeholder management and teamwork; able to work with cross-functional teams under tight deadlines.
Analytical mindset: able to analyze conversations, surface key insights, and recommend next steps.
Willingness to learn, adapt and take on varied pre-sales tasks.
Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with proposal/bid tools is a plus.
