CEVA Logistics Hiring! Full Time Air Export Operations Executive in New Territories, Hong Kong - Ricebowl

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Responsible for airfreight export operation including updating the data in the systems

• Invoicing and verification of incoming invoices

• Handle full set of documents & operations

• Co-ordinate with customers/overseas agents

• Maintain daily communication with overseas offices

• Co-ordinate with warehouse for goods received

• Provide supporting service to team members

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Form 5 / DSE graduates or above

• At least 1-2 years’ experience in Airfreight forwarding company

• Good command in written and spoken English and Mandarin

• Proficiency in MS office applications

• Able to work overtime and work under pressure

• Reliable, Intelligent and high efficient

• *** Willing to work on shift and work overnight***

• *** Immediate available is highly preferred ***
