Our client, an Electronic Product Company is now looking for a high-calibre candidate for the following position:

Purchaser / Purchasing Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Review historical purchase and forecast trends, develop statistical models as needed, and monitoring forecast accuracy;

• Plan and coordinate activities related to the purchasing handling, control, storage, packaging and delivery of all materials inventory;

• Implement and maintain policies, procedures and material control systems;

• Interacting with logistic & warehouse team in case of delay in delivery of supplies, receipt of damaged or incorrect quantity of goods;

• Maintaining a filing system in the purchase department and updating appropriate records when required;

• Scrap and RMA shipment handling;

• Assist in Ad-hoc project
  

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in procurement. Prior exposure to the Electronics sector will be highly regarded.

• High proficiency in MS Office (especially advanced Excel functions) and modern inventory management systems.

• Fluency in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin

• A collaborative team player with an agile mindset, strong ownership, and excellent problem-solving capabilities.
