Responsibilities:

• Establish, develop and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.

• Work closely with the team to create decoration concepts and events that people and you will love.

• Communicate proactively with malls, licensors and artists to develop creative and practical event proposals.

• Connect and manage different internal and external stakeholders to ensure a harmonious and efficient working environment.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Marketing or related discipline.

• Minimum 3 years’ solid experience in marketing promotion, shopping mall decoration or event management is highly preferable.

• Strong time management and organizational skills, able to handle multiple projects and deadlines.

• Excellent relationship management skills, strong communication, and openness to feedback.

• Strong skills in creating and delivering presentations tailored to different target audiences.

• Understanding of the marketing and creative industry is an advantage.

• Knowledge of shopping malls and international brands is a strong plus.
