About the Role:
As a Technical Services Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for driving business opportunities and supporting service solutions. This is a client-facing role that requires strong coordination with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
What You’ll Do:
- Engage with clients and site teams to understand operational needs and identify service opportunities
Support the development and presentation of service solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and tender submissions
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and solutions
Contribute to business development efforts and support revenue growth initiatives
Monitor ongoing activities and support continuous improvement in service delivery
What You’ll Need:
- Relevant experience in facilities management, engineering, or related fields
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Basic understanding of service delivery and operational processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
