We are seeking an experienced HR Manager (Mandarin Speaker) to manage and oversee the full spectrum of human resource functions.

Salary Range: RM5,000 – RM7,000

Job Scope:

• Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Handle payroll preparation and HR documentation
• Support performance management and staff development programs
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations
• Assist in resolving employee issues and maintaining a positive working environment
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus)
• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in HR management or similar role is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Good knowledge of Malaysian labour laws is an advantage
• ISO 9001:2015 audit/compliance experience is an advantage

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
