Responsibilities
1. Maintain office supplies and handle procurement of office materials.
2. Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports.
3. Maintain employee records and ensure all HR documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
4. Coordinate employee training sessions and workshops.
5. Carry out other assignments and ad hoc tasks as and when requested.
Qualification:
1. Fresh/under graduate are welcome to apply.
2. Proficiency in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
3. Good communication and presentation skills with the ability to deliver results and resolve problems.
4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM1,499.00 - RM1,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
