In this role, you will be overseeing recruitment for a pivotal business unit, collaborating closely with line managers, crafting and executing strategic recruitment solutions across all organizational levels. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong logical reasoning, problem-solving skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

You will:

* Develop and implement hiring strategies leveraging market insights
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from job intake to onboarding
* Leverage regional recruitment expertise to support hiring across multiple locations
* Cultivate a robust talent pipeline by fostering relationships with past applicants and potential hires
* Innovatively expand recruitment channels to engage passive candidates
* Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehensively understand recruitment needs
* Ensure timely completion of approvals, reports, and documentation

You bring:

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related discipline
* 5-7 years of recruitment experience, either in-house or within a recruitment agency
* Experience in IT or technology-related industries is preferred
* Regional recruitment experience is an advantage
* Strong full-cycle recruitment expertise, including proficiency in diverse interview techniques and assessment methods
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment data and drive informed decisions
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence senior stakeholders
* Proven ability to build talent pipelines and leverage social media and professional networks for sourcing
* Fluency in both English and Cantonese
