About Our Client The employer is a well-established organisation in the financial services industry. They are looking for an Admin Assistant to work in one of their branches and to support the wider team. This will be helping with documentation follow ups, calendar and travel arrangement support.
Job Description
As an Admin Assistant, your main responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative support to the secretarial to the front line teams
- Managing schedules, appointments, and correspondence efficiently.
- Preparing and organising documents, ensuring they comply with compliance checks
- Coordinating internal and external meetings, including booking venues and arranging logistics.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date filing systems.
- Processing expense claims and maintaining records of expenditures.
- Handling general inquiries and directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative tasks.
The Successful Applicant A successful Admin Assistant should have:
- A diploma or degree in business administration or a related field.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Over 3 years experience in administration support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Cantonese.
- A proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Previous experience in the financial services industry is an advantage.
