About the Role
Plan In Decoration Specialist Ltd is seeking a competent and dependable Executive Secretary to provide high-level support to our leadership team. This position calls for a professional who combines administrative precision with exceptional organizational awareness. You will be entrusted with comprehensive executive support, the management of both corporate and personal logistics, cross-departmental coordination, and the handling of sensitive information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support: Handle daily secretarial and administrative tasks for the Chairman’s/CEO's office, including calendar management, meeting support, internal communications, and document drafting.
Personal Assistant Services: Manage personal affairs such as travel itineraries, flight bookings, visa applications, hotel and transport arrangements, dining reservations, family matters, and private event planning.
Operations & Coordination: Assist in cross-departmental coordination, project tracking, and the consolidation/analysis of data and reports.
External Relations: Assist in reception for external guests and the preparation/execution of major corporate events.
Ad-hoc Tasks: Flexibly and efficiently manage miscellaneous tasks and special assignments as directed by the superior.
Requirements (Education & Background)
Education: Bachelor’s degree or above (majors in Business Administration, Translation, or professional disciplines are preferred).
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant administrative or secretarial experience; experience supporting C-suite executives is an advantage.
Language Skills: Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin for effective professional communication and liaison.
Technical Skills: Strong business writing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills, acting as a seamless bridge between the principal and internal/external stakeholders.
