Responsibilities
As an integral member of the store team, the Operations Associate plays a key role in supporting business performance and ensuring operational excellence across all aspects of the store. This position is responsible for driving efficiency in daily operations and supporting the implementation of store operational strategies in alignment with Maison standards.
The Operations Associate serves as the primary point of contact for store operations, inventory management, after-sales service, and administrative coordination. Working closely with the store team, this role contributes to strengthening operational processes, supporting the achievement of sales objectives, and delivering an exceptional client experience in line with the brand’s values and service expectations.
Store Administration & Vendor Coordination
Support vendor management, store maintenance, cash handling, and reimbursement processes, while ensuring smooth execution of administrative operations within the store.
Operational Excellence & Compliance
Ensure that company policies, brand standards, and grooming guidelines are clearly communicated, understood, and consistently implemented across the store.
People Coordination & Scheduling Support
Act as the key liaison for HR-related matters and support roster planning and scheduling to ensure efficient store operations.

Support staff roster planning and scheduling in accordance with business needs, while acting as a key liaison for HR-related matters to ensure effective team coordination and store efficiency.
Onboarding Administration
Support new joiner onboarding administration, including system access requests and related setup processes, to ensure a smooth and timely integration into the store team.
