Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Executive within the HoReCa industry, based in Petaling Jaya, with the flexibility of occasional work from home. The ideal candidate will focus on driving new business development, identifying and pursuing potential leads, and building strong relationships with clients. Other day-to-day responsibilities include managing accounts, negotiating contracts, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Strong skills in Account Management and client relationship building
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement strategic Business initiatives
• Experience in the HoReCa industry is a strong advantage
• Proactive, results-driven approach with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Strong understanding of the hospitality and foodservice market trends
