About the Role

The EUS Leader is responsible for the strategic planning, operational management, and service governance of the organization’s End User Support (EUS) services. This role ensures high-quality, secure, and seamless user experiences across desktop environments, mobile devices, and collaboration tools.
The incumbent will work closely with the Group End User Technology (EUT) team to align with enterprise IT standards and drive continuous improvement in digital workplace capabilities and user experience.

End User Support Management & Governance

  • Accountable for the overall service quality of end-user IT services, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
  • Establish and continuously optimize EUS standard operating procedures (SOPs) and service standards
  • Monitor service performance metrics and drive continuous improvement in user satisfaction and service reliability
  • Act as the key escalation point for major incidents and system outages, ensuring timely resolution and effective root cause mitigation

Team Leadership & Management

  • Lead and manage the End User Support team
  • Oversee performance management, capability development, task allocation, and resource planning
  • Foster a service-oriented, accountable, and high-performance team culture
  • Continuously enhance team expertise and ensure service delivery consistency and stability

Information Security, Compliance & Internal Control

  • Ensure end-user environments comply with corporate information security policies, regulatory requirements, and internal control frameworks
  • Collaborate with the Information Security team to implement endpoint protection, identity management, and device control
  • Support internal and external audits, risk assessments, and remediation initiatives

Project Delivery & Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Lead and/or participate in EUS-related initiatives (e.g., Windows OS upgrades, Intune migration, Zero Trust implementation, hardware refresh programs)
  • Manage and optimize IT hardware and software assets
  • Collaborate with Group EUT and cross-functional stakeholders to implement enterprise IT standards and digital transformation strategies
  • Plan and execute system rollouts and user environment improvement projects
