Creative Lead (Gaming)We’re looking for a creative person who lives and breathes mobile gaming, has a good eye for high quality output for ideas and execution, and can help lead our ideation team together with the Creative Director.
This role is for someone who enjoys both the creative and practical side of things, from guiding and providing direction for concepts and visuals to checking game builds and helping solve issues when needed.
What You’ll Be Doing- Overseeing and QC-ing creative ideas and output from the ideation team
- Working closely with the Creative Director to provide direction, write coherent briefs and guide and manage the team
- Helping shape creative concepts to ensure alignment with UA campaign best practices, mobile gaming creative strategies, and platform performance requirements, while maintaining strong game accuracy, authenticity, and player-focused insights throughout the creative development process.
- Making sure the creative work is strong, clear, and aligned with the game and audience
- Using modern tools and workflows to make creative production smoother and faster
- Reviewing and accessing game builds when needed
- Work alongside game capture team to oversee projects to ensure high quality execution and capture output
- Helping identify or troubleshoot issues related to game builds or creative implementation
- Joining client calls or meetings when needed to help explain or debug game build-related issues
- Collaborating with creative, production, and technical teams to keep projects moving smoothly
- Good knowledge of Adobe Suite to understand how these projects work, in particular Photoshop
- Work alongside our AI producer to oversee AI projects to ensure high quality output using AI image and video generation
What We’re Looking For- Someone who genuinely enjoys mobile games and understands gaming culture
- Experience leading or managing small creative teams
- Strong creative eye with good attention to detail
- Comfortable working with game builds and testing environments
- Able to communicate well with both creative and technical teams
- Calm under pressure and good at problem solving
- Bonus if you’ve worked in gaming, advertising, or creative agencies before
- Ability to manage your own time and delivery of projects
- Comfortable to work across global timezones
