Responsibilities

Company Overview

E-Tech Building Services Pte Ltd began in 1990 and has grown into a full-service Mechanical & Electrical engineering provider. The company offers M&E works, fire protection, ACMV, plumbing, electrical generators, and 24-hr emergency services with a skilled team and fleet of vehicles.

Job Summary

You will coordinate and manage mechanical and electrical (M&E) projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards. This role involves client liaison, site inspections, quotation preparation, and team briefings to support seamless project execution.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate mechanical and electrical (M&E) works to meet project timelines and technical standards
  • Liaise with clients to address ad-hoc work requests, provide project updates, and arrange schedules
  • Conduct daily toolbox meetings with technicians to communicate work schedules and safety reminders
  • Prepare and issue accurate quotations for proposed works and monitor project execution and completion
  • Interpret and apply schedule of rates correctly in quotations and project costing
  • Conduct site surveys and inspections to assess requirements, monitor progress, and ensure quality of work
  • Attend site meetings and coordinate with stakeholders to support project and site management tasks
  • Respond promptly to operational needs by working on-site and attending inspections as required

Required competencies and certifications

  • Prior experience in a similar M&E coordination role with a strong background in mechanical and electrical works

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Basic technical knowledge of M&E systems with willingness to undergo further training
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective liaison with clients, technicians, and site personnel
  • Organizational skills to plan, schedule, and follow up on tasks ensuring timely and quality completion
  • Proficiency in preparing quotations, reports, and using relevant documentation and scheduling tools
