Job Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement business growth strategies to expand retail sales and customer base
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and business partners
* Identify new business opportunities and market trends
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and merchandising activities
* Manage product merchandising, inventory planning, and retail promotions
* Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business presentations
* Support retail operations and ensure excellent customer service standards
Requirements:
* Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field
* Minimum 2–3 years of experience in business development, retail, or merchandising
* Good computer knowledge and IT skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, POS systems, inventory software)
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Experience in merchandise planning and retail operations preferred
* Independent, proactive, and results-oriented
* Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
* Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage, as the role requires liaising with Mandarin-speaking clients and business associates
