岗位职责

Duty and Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome clients warmly, ensuring a personalized and attentive experience
  • Provide high-level service similar to that found in first-class lounges, anticipating client needs and addressing inquiries promptly
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, managing customer databases, and maintaining accurate records
  • Oversee and assist in the meeting room set up, ensuring they meet the highest standards of professionalism and comfort
  • Arrange & present Food and beverage services to clients in the waiting lounge and meeting rooms, enhancing their overall experience
  • Liaise with vendors for coffee machine services, and manage the ordering of pantry supplies, beverages, and refreshments to maintain a well-stocked environment
  • Assist in the planning and executive of company events, contributing to memorable experiences for clients
  • Handle client issues with discretion and professionalism, ensuring resolutions are effectively communicated and implemented
  • Ensure the reception, waiting lounge, meeting rooms are immaculate, comfortable, ad reflective of the Bank’s standard
  • Uphold client confidentiality and comply with the Bank’s policies regarding sensitive information
  • Handle ad-hoc projects / tasks as assigned
Requirement:
  • Degree holder with 5-year relevant working experience is highly preferred
  • Previous experience as a flight attendant or in a luxury hotel environment is highly preferred, with a focus on customer service excellence
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; ability to establish rapport with diverse clientele
  • Strong understanding of professional etiquette, grooming and presentation
  • Capability to remain calm under pressure and find solutions in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong multitasking abilities and keen attention to detail
  • Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Working knowledge/competency of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint) is preferable.
  • Able to work independently and proactively
