Clasquin (Far East) Ltd Hiring! Full Time OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR – AIR FREIGHT in Hong Kong - Ricebowl

Job Responsibilities:
Follow up on day to day activities from suppliers and co-loaders, and ensure related Air Export SOP's are well followed.

Coordinate with Air co-loaders, agent and trucking companies for all export operational activities on daily basis.

Optimize the export shipment space & cost, boost profit.

Updating of daily shipments to all suppliers. Trace & Guide suppliers to delivery cargo & necessary export documents to assigned place on time.

Liaise with overseas units and update them on their orders and queries.

Ensure full compliance with all applicable Customs regulations in Exports operations.

Generating shipping documents like Invoice, packing list and other shipping related documents.

Generating freight invoices and track payments enhance AR collection on time.

To compile monthly reports to management with quantity & freight costs/sales etc.

Keeping records/files of Air freight shipments.

Accomplish other tasks given by the Manager per his/her competence.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field;

Fluent English and good command of computer;

At least 5 years working experience of Air Export / Import operation;

Positive working attitude Pro-Active and Customer service oriented ;

A good team player, glad to share / help;

be responsible, be careful, be able to work under pressure;

Good communication skill;

good organization skill, can work well independently;

Good learning attitude, be adaptable;
