Job Summary
You will report to the project manager and lead the execution of ACMV projects, ensuring compliance with contract specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements across multiple job sites.
Responsibilities
- Oversee project implementation by coordinating tasks and resources under the project manager’s guidance
- Review and verify technical drawings before installation to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Initiate and manage material requests and orders to maintain project workflow
- Directly manage manpower allocation and supervise site personnel to meet project deadlines
- Liaise effectively with consultants, main contractors, suppliers, sub-contractors and direct workers to facilitate smooth project progress
- Coordinate site inspections with consultants, architects, and authorities to ensure regulatory compliance
- Enforce and monitor Occupational Safety and Health (OS&H) measures on-site to maintain a safe working environment
- Manage multiple job sites simultaneously, ensuring all works adhere to contract specifications and authority requirements
- Work overtime, including weekends and public holidays, as project demands require
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in ACMV/M&E engineering

- Self-driven and proactive approach to work independently with minimal supervision
