APAC IT Infrastructure Manager

Permanent | CBD, Singapore

The Role Lead regional IT service delivery across multiple APAC sites, managing cloud and network infrastructure while overseeing vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Cloud & Infrastructure: Oversee Azure infrastructure (VMs, storage, networking, identity). Implement governance policies and automation via ARM, Bicep, and Terraform.
• Network Operations: Oversee enterprise LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls, and SD-WAN across sites. Ensure availability, performance, and security.
• Security & Compliance: Enforce cloud and network security best practices in alignment with ISO 27001 and NIST standards.
• Monitoring & Incident Management: Drive proactive issue detection, root cause analysis, and resolution across infrastructure and network layers.
• Project & Vendor Management: Lead regional IT projects and RFPs; manage vendor contracts within scope, time, and budget.
• Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of engineers; manage vendor relationships and service contracts across IT, security, and business functions.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement automation, self-service capabilities, and cost optimisation initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 10+ years in IT infrastructure; 3+ years in a regional or global capacity
• Hands-on experience with Azure, Cisco, Forti, Windows Server, Linux, and Aryaka
• ITIL and/or PMP/Prince2 certification preferred
