Responsibilities
WHAT YOU WILL DO
We are building the next-generation insurance ePOS (electronic Point-of-Sale) experience, a multimodal, multilingual, hyper-personalized chatbot that serves both customers and agents seamlessly across web, mobile, and WhatsApp. As our AI Agent Developer, you will own the end-to-end engineering of this conversational AI, ensuring scalability, autonomy, and continuous self-improvement through analytics-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement scalable, microservice-based chatbot architecture (Python preferred).
• Orchestrate LLM driven dialogue pipelines for multi-language and multi-currency conversations.
• Implement multimodal UX including image, pdf, and voice based (ASR/STT/TTS) interactions.
• Deploy the bot on web and mobile ePOS flows, and WhatsApp Business.
• Enforce PII masking, GDPR/PDPA compliance, and insurance-sector regulations.
• Write robust unit/integration tests, CI/CD pipelines, and observability dashboards.
• Produce clear technical docs and knowledge bases for handover and support.
Required Skills:
• 3+ years building production-grade conversational AI or intelligent agents.
• Proficiency in Python and modern front-end frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major LLM platform (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, etc.) and vector database.
• Experience integrating WhatsApp Business API and/or omnichannel messaging platforms.
• Strong knowledge of multilingual NLP, currency/locale handling, and Unicode/I18n best practices.
• Familiarity with speech pipelines (ASR/TTS), multimedia uploads, and secure document handling.
• Cloud-native mindset (AWS/Azure/GCP), container orchestration (Docker, K8s), and Infrastructure-as-Code.
