岗位职责
Provide administrative and operational support to the Senior Food & Beverage Manager and Food & Beverage department in the daily operations.
Manage the Senior Food & Beverage Manager calendar, appointments, and meetings.
Handle telephone calls, manage incoming communications, and coordinate internal and external meetings.
Organize and maintain filing systems, records, trace files, and departmental documentation, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
Coordinate departmental meetings, prepare meeting agendas, record minutes, and distribute meeting notes in a timely manner.
Support communication flow within the Food & Beverage department and ensure important operational information is disseminated effectively to team members.
Assist in organizing staff events, leadership meetings, executive functions, and departmental activities as required.
Monitor and follow up on the implementation of Food & Beverage policies, procedures, and service standards.
Verify and ensure timely submission of daily bar inventory reports, par stock reports, and reconciliation against sales reports.
Prepare and compile departmental reports and operational documentation as required by management.
Assist in preparation of departmental rostering in coordination with the Senior Food & Beverage Manager and relevant departments.
Develop a strong understanding of Food& Beverage service roles and responsibilities to support daily operations and assist the Head of Department in monitoring and overseeing staff performance.
Communicate professionally with service personnel and provide administrative support to assist operational efficiency.
Welcome and attend to departmental visitors, suppliers, and stakeholders when required.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment within the F&B office.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Head of Department.
