  • Support to deliver complex and large scale programs / projects
  • Ensure project outcomes and objectives are aligned to company strategy
  • Maintain oversight on project delivery, ensure the delivery aligns with project governance and all risks are resolved & mitigated in a timely manner
  • Define and document communications plan with all levels including C-suites
  • Assist Project Sponsor in developing a business case where the business rationale is clearly understood and defendable
  • Establish, lead and motivate the project team to carry out all project tasks and deliverables according to agreed timelines and cost estimation
  • Engage and support stakeholders to ensure appropriate involvement and alignment for project success
  • Chair and facilitate project status/design meetings including brainstorming, decision making and issue resolution
  • Drive the end-to-end user journeys across stakeholders to enhance the customer and distribution experience
  • Ensure project cost is budgeted, forecasted and charged appropriately and on a timely basis
  • Incorporate benefits tracking into the project to ensure benefits are monitored correctly after project completion
  • Perform project closure including closure of project cost accounts, storage of project files and post implementation reviews


Qualifications:

  • University graduate, preferably in Business, Finance, IT or related disciplines
  • Minimum of 4 years solid experience in project management /consulting in large scale projects
  • Broad knowledge of financial services &/or insurance industry desirable in Life and Health Insurance channels (preferred)
  • Excellent understanding of project management control procedures
  • Strong Financial analysis / Business analysis skills
  • Strong Change Management and Dispute Resolution skills
  • Good communication skills in verbal and written with proven experiences in delivering communications at multiple levels form working to C-levels
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus
