We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Marketing Officer to join the Marketing Team of Yonyou Hong Kong. This role is part of a dynamic marketing function that supports business growth through impactful events, public relations initiatives, and sales enablement activities. You will work closely with the sales team to generate quality leads, strengthen brand visibility, and support market expansion in Hong Kong and overseas markets.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute sales-driven marketing activities, including industry forums, seminars, exhibitions, webinars, and other online/offline events with focus on lead generation and business conversion.
Work closely with the sales team to identify target audiences, qualify leads, follow up on event-generated business opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with government bodies, industry associations, business partners, and other external stakeholders to enhance the company’s market presence and identify partnership opportunities.
Support public relations initiatives, including media engagement, corporate messaging and brand communication activities.
Conduct market research on competitors, target industries, and market trends to support marketing strategy and sales planning.
Coordinate the production of marketing materials, event collateral, and PR content to ensure alignment with business objectives and sales messaging.
Assist in other marketing initiatives and cross-functional projects as required.
Other ad-hoc duties from marketing director or manager.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above, Major in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business or related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, PR, events, or related fields.
Experience in end-to-end event planning and execution, ability to manage projects independently.
Strong sales-oriented mindset, with proven ability to support lead generation and business development activities.
Experience in ERP, enterprise software, technology or B2B industries will be an advantage.
Strong communication, coordination and project management skills.
Proactive, resilient, outgoing and able to work effectively under pressure.
Good command of Cantonese, English, and Mandarin is a MUST .
