Our client is a reputable and well-established company in the reacreation industry with good workplace culture. They are seeking a maintenance executive to oversee all the maintenance and repair works of the equipment and machinery in the golf course maintenance workshop.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair faulty machinery, equipment, and golf carts.
• Plan and organize preventive maintenance and regular servicing for all machinery and buggy
• Manage workshop documentation: repair logs, inventory records, receiving books, and bin cards.
• Monitor machine performance and maintain maintenance programs.
• Coordinate, assign, and review work of maintenance staffs.
• Assist the Course Superintendent with annual budgeting.
• Report daily equipment downtime and provide status updates.
• Manage parts ordering and request quotations from vendors.
• Manage inventory and budget controls for services and material usage.
• Lead and supervise a team of maintenance staff.
• Oversee processes for equipment scrapping when required.
• Ensure workshop cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
• Carry out any other duties assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of strong technical working knowledge in mechanical operations with hands-on experience.
• Strong practical and technical skills with good analytical ability to detect issues and potential hazards.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• An eye for detail with high standards of quality control.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Strong leadership capabilities with a positive, results-driven attitude.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to lead, adapt, and embrace cultural diversity, working effectively with multi-ethnic teams

Working Hour

Mon - Fri, 6.30am - 4pm
