Job Description

We are seeking a Drafting & QS Coordinator to support the project team in preparing technical drawings, performing quantity take-offs, and coordinating project documentation. The role involves drafting work, cost estimation support, and assisting with project coordination to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and update 2D and 3D technical drawings using AutoCAD

• Interpret engineering and construction drawings for drafting and quantity take-offs

• Perform quantity measurements and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ)

• Assist in cost estimation, quotation preparation, and tender documentation

• Perform basic technical calculations related to project requirements

• Coordinate drawing submissions and revisions with engineers and project teams

• Maintain and organize project drawings, BOQ, and technical documents

• Track project progress and assist with project coordination and reporting

• Ensure drawings and quantities comply with project specifications and standards

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Drafting, or related field

• Proficient in AutoCAD (2D and 3D drafting)

• Ability to read and interpret technical and construction drawings

• Experience in quantity take-offs and BOQ preparation

• Ability to perform basic technical calculations

• Good organizational and coordination skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in construction, engineering, or technical projects

• Familiarity with tender and contract documentation

• Prior experience in drafting and QS coordination roles
