We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Systems Engineer to join our IT team. If you enjoy working across servers, networks, and security systems while supporting business-critical operations, this role offers strong exposure and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain servers, desktops, and IT systems
• Troubleshoot network, server, VoIP, and connectivity issues
• Ensure availability of IT systems, applications, and network services
• Manage IT assets and maintain accurate inventory records
• Administer Windows Server environments and enterprise applications
• Support system backups, patching, and upgrades
• Monitor CCTV systems and generate periodic reports
• Provide support for ASRS systems, including after-hours standby (rotational, training will be provided)
• Prepare technical documentation and system/network diagrams

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 2–3 years of experience (fresh graduates welcome)
• Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization (Hyper-V)
• Familiarity with networking, firewalls, NAS, and backup solutions (e.g., Veeam, Veritas)
• Experience with CCTV and wireless network systems is an advantage
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Willing to provide after-hours support and travel when required
