️ Job Responsibilities Procurement Manager

• Develop and implement procurement and sourcing strategies
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiations, and contract agreements
• Monitor purchasing activities to ensure cost optimization and quality standards
• Analyze market trends, pricing, and supplier performance
• Ensure procurement compliance with company policies and regulations
• Lead procurement teams and improve procurement processes

Procurement Executive

• Source suppliers and request quotations for goods and services
• Process purchase orders and maintain procurement records and documentation
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding pricing, quality, and delivery schedules
• Track inventory levels and support replenishment planning
• Assist in vendor evaluation and procurement reporting activities

Logistics Supervisor

• Supervise daily logistics, warehouse, and transportation operations
• Coordinate shipment schedules and inventory movement activities
• Monitor warehouse staff performance and operational efficiency
• Ensure timely deliveries and accurate inventory management
• Maintain compliance with logistics procedures and safety standards
• Support process improvements within logistics operations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience in procurement, logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement/logistics software
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced operational environments
• Leadership and team coordination skills are an advantage

Nice to Have

• Experience in manufacturing, retail, FMCG, or distribution industries
• Knowledge of import/export procedures and supplier management
• Professional certifications in procurement or logistics management
