️ Job Responsibilities Procurement Manager
- Develop and implement procurement and sourcing strategies
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiations, and contract agreements
- Monitor purchasing activities to ensure cost optimization and quality standards
- Analyze market trends, pricing, and supplier performance
- Ensure procurement compliance with company policies and regulations
- Lead procurement teams and improve procurement processes
Procurement Executive
- Source suppliers and request quotations for goods and services
- Process purchase orders and maintain procurement records and documentation
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding pricing, quality, and delivery schedules
- Track inventory levels and support replenishment planning
- Assist in vendor evaluation and procurement reporting activities
Logistics Supervisor
- Supervise daily logistics, warehouse, and transportation operations
- Coordinate shipment schedules and inventory movement activities
- Monitor warehouse staff performance and operational efficiency
- Ensure timely deliveries and accurate inventory management
- Maintain compliance with logistics procedures and safety standards
- Support process improvements within logistics operations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in procurement, logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement/logistics software
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced operational environments
- Leadership and team coordination skills are an advantage
Nice to Have
- Experience in manufacturing, retail, FMCG, or distribution industries
