Your Responsibilities

* Plan and execute content strategies across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Little Red Book (Xiaohongshu), and other platforms
* Write copy, organize posting schedules, and develop marketing themes
* Support ad campaigns, promotional activities, and lead generation
* Collaborate with the operations team to promote rental units, brand initiatives, and special projects
* Monitor performance metrics including reach, engagement, leads, and booking conversions
* Continuously optimize the brand's online presence and market visibility

We're Looking For

* Experience in digital marketing, social media, or content creation
* Strong copywriting skills and content sensibility
* Proficiency with tools like Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite
* Proactive, responsible, and execution-driven
* Experience in hospitality, homestay, Airbnb, property, or lifestyle brands is a plus
