Roles & Responsibilities

Technician Responsibilities:

• Inspecting, analyzing, and troubleshooting systems and equipment.
• Carry out troubleshooting and minor repairs to building works and M&E works including air-conditioning, electrical, plumbing and fire protection system.
• Involved in coordination and supervisor of construction works
• Responsible for planning, managing and ensuring smooth implementation and monitoring of projects assigned
• Responsible for effective site management which include safety inspection and quality control of materials and plants on site
• Required to plan, lead and monitor progress and performance against the project plan whilst managing the day-to-day operational aspects of projects which includes manpower planning, construction progress monitoring, preparation of master schedule and cost control.

Technician Requirements:

• High school diploma.
• Experience as a technician.
• Ability to multitask and liaise with professionals in different fields.
• Ability to explain problems simply and clearly.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to understand verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to follow health and safety regulations.
• Excellent mathematical and problem-solving skills.
