Job Description
Responsibilities
o Assist inconfiguring and customizing ServiceNow modules (Incident, Problem, Change,Service Catalog).
o Supportintegrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
o Writeand maintain basic scripts (Client Scripts, Business Rules, UIPolicies).
o Participate intesting, debugging, and documentation.
o Provide usersupport and resolve minor issues.
o Strongfoundation in JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
o Basicunderstanding of ITSM processes.
o Familiarity withServiceNow platform navigation and administration.
o ServiceNowCertified System Administrator (CSA) preferred.
