Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and hardworking individual to join our team as an E-Commerce Fulfilment Packer & Retail Support.
This role supports the daily operations of our online sales channels, order fulfilment, packing activities, and walk-in customer service. The ideal candidate should be organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Process and prepare online orders from e-commerce platforms and company website
Pick, pack, and check products accurately according to order requirements
Ensure proper labelling, packaging, and parcel preparation for courier collection
Assist with stock monitoring and stock-taking activities
Support walk-in customer sales and showroom enquiries
Handle basic customer enquiries and provide order updates when required
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of packing and storage areas
Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Support ad-hoc operational, logistics, and e-commerce related duties when assigned
Requirements
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with e-commerce platforms, otherwise on the job training provided
Able to carry out physical tasks such as lifting, packing and standing
Detail-oriented and able to handle repetitive tasks accurately
Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to learn
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Prior experience in packing, warehouse, retail, or e-commerce operations will be an advantage
Working Hours
6-day work week
Monday to Saturday
Working hours: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Required to work overtime up to 6:30 PM during weekdays when necessary
