The Opportunity


Opportunity to be part of a global semiconductor MNC
Location: North
12 months (contract extension subject to performance)
No Exp is fine! - Training is provided


Job Scope


Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to convert existing SOPs and documents into HTML format
Ensure accuracy, formatting consistency, and content integrity during conversion
Upload and maintain converted documents within the BluePrint platform for end-user access
Handle multilingual content (translated materials) with attention to detail
Assist with preparation, documentation, and distribution of ECNs (Engineering Change Notification)
Track implementation progress of engineering changes
Ensure all changes comply with company standards and regulatory requirements
Participate in initiatives to enhance SOP efficiency and quality
Provide guidance and support to team members on SOP usage and tools
Contribute to process improvements within BluePrint PM
Support BluePrint PM SOP-related activities as required
Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor





Requirements



Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Communication, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Basic knowledge or experience in HTML5
Ability to work with translated materials
