Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the overall business operations and strategic direction of the company.

• Develop and implement business growth strategies to expand market presence and increase sales revenue.
• Manage key customer and supplier relationships, including negotiations with overseas and local business partners.
• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities within the commercial food service equipment industry.
• Prepare and manage annual budgets, financial planning, and business performance reports.
• Lead and motivate teams to achieve operational and sales targets.
