Job Summary

As an Events & Promotions Coordinator, you will plan, organise, and execute events and roadshows, ensuring seamless logistics and engaging customer experiences in collaboration with the marketing team.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organise events, activations, and roadshows to achieve marketing objectives
• Coordinate logistics, manage suppliers, and oversee event setup to ensure smooth execution
• Represent the brand at events by engaging directly with customers to enhance brand presence
• Collect and analyse feedback from event participants to inform future event improvements
• Prepare detailed post-event reports with actionable recommendations to optimise outcomes
