️ Job Responsibilities Procurement Manager
- Develop and implement procurement and sourcing strategies
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiations, and contract agreements
- Monitor purchasing activities to ensure cost efficiency and quality standards
- Analyze market trends, supplier performance, and procurement risks
- Ensure procurement compliance with company policies and regulations
- Lead procurement teams and drive process improvement initiatives
Procurement Executive
- Source suppliers and request quotations for products and services
- Process purchase orders and maintain procurement documentation
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding pricing, delivery schedules, and quality control
- Track inventory levels and support replenishment planning
- Assist in vendor evaluation and procurement reporting
Logistics Supervisor
- Supervise daily logistics, warehouse, and transportation operations
- Coordinate shipment schedules and inventory movement activities
- Monitor warehouse staff performance and operational efficiency
- Ensure timely delivery and accurate inventory management
- Maintain compliance with logistics procedures and safety standards
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within logistics operations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in procurement, logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement/logistics software
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in fast-paced operational environments
- Leadership and team coordination skills are an advantage
Nice to Have
- Experience in manufacturing, retail, FMCG, or distribution industries
- Knowledge of import/export procedures and supplier management
