Job responsibilities:

• Provide secretarial and administrative support to Operations Department such as Production, Warehouse, Testing and Logistics.
• Ensure smooth running of the office operations.
• Provide general office administration support to Future Synthetics
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
• Generate and issue test certificates.
• Control manufacturers and third party certificates
• Liaise with logistics division and sales persons on certificates deliveries
• Ensure accuracy of all inhouse test certificates prior to issuance
• Filing of all certificates and paperwork both hard and soft copies
• Maintain complete history of client products in use
• Generate Certificate of Conformance from suppliers websites
• General document control
• Based on time sheet given by Technical Service Department, update all the job in excel file.

Requirements:

• Min. GCE O Levels r equivalent
• Attended Secretarial course
• With min. 1 year of relevant working experience in similar capacity
• Meticulous and independent individual with sense of initiative and able to work under minimal supervision
• Ability to multitask in fast paced environment and good communication skill
• Proficient in MS Office applications
