Job Description

Responsibilities

About the Role

This role is for individuals with at least 1–2 years of event AV setup and operations experience who are ready to take on more responsibility. You will be involved in setup, basic troubleshooting, and on-site execution across live events and productions. You should be comfortable working independently in fast-paced environments. We are building a high-performance team and are looking for technicians who take pride in disciplined, systems-driven operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warehouse & Prep: Prepare equipment based on packing lists. Follow existing packing systems and checklists to ensure 100% load-out accuracy.
  • Delivery & Logistics: Load and unload equipment safely. Support vehicle packing to improve deployment efficiency.
  • On-Site Setup: Assist in setup, testing, and teardown of displays, projectors, audio, and lighting. Ensure all cable management is neat and "client-ready" without needing a second look from a supervisor.
  • Event Execution: Support live operations. Ability to translate show-flows into technical reality on-site, providing solutions rather than just following instructions.

Requirements

  • At least 1–2 years of hands-on experience in AV, events, staging, or technical production is mandatory.
  • Singapore Class 3 driving license is a plus.
  • Ability to maintain technical precision and performance during busy event periods and high-pressure deployments
  • Role involves regular physical activity, including the safe lifting and moving of event equipment.
  • Positive attitude and ability to follow instructions and checklists precisely.

Technical Skills

  • Knowledge of audio, video, and signal flow.
  • Familiarity with XLR, HDMI, SDI, CAT6, and power distribution.
  • Ability to identify and resolve common signal path issues without waiting for instructions.

What Success Looks Like

  • Arrives on time and is deployment-ready.
  • Packs and preps accurately with minimal supervision.
  • Handles equipment with care with a low damage rate.
  • Learns quickly and becomes more independent over time.

Personal Traits We Value

  • Punctual, Alert, and Practical.
  • Takes initiative and solves problems independently.
  • Maintains professionalism, attentiveness, and focus during deployments and live operations
  • Disciplined in following established company systems.

Growth & Progression

Progression in this role is based on reliability, technical capability, independence, and the ability to take on greater operational responsibility.

Strong crew members may progress into handling more complex systems, leading smaller setups, and taking on greater technical responsibilities over time.

Important Notes

  • Position based in Singapore.
  • All candidates will be considered based on merit and the ability to perform essential job functions.
