Job Description

Mac Gadget M Sdn Bhd is looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Online Seller to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing online sales inquiries, promoting products through digital platforms, and ensuring a smooth customer purchasing experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to customer inquiries through online platforms such as WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada
• Promote and sell company products through social media and e-commerce platforms
• Follow up with customers regarding orders, payments, and delivery status
• Prepare quotations and provide product recommendations based on customer needs
• Maintain good customer relationships and provide excellent customer service
• Assist in creating online marketing content and promotional postings
• Update product listings, pricing, and stock availability on online platforms
• Achieve sales targets set by the company
