Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule daily, weekly, and periodic cleaning tasks
• Supervise cleaning staff and ensure duties are completed efficiently
• Assign work schedules, monitor attendance, and manage shift coverage
• Inspect cleaned areas to ensure quality, hygiene, and safety standards are met
• Train new cleaning staff on procedures, equipment, and safety protocols
• Ensure proper use, storage, and maintenance of cleaning equipment and supplies
• Monitor inventory levels and request cleaning materials as needed
• Enforce health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Address and resolve cleaning-related issues or complaints promptly
• Maintain cleaning records, checklists, and reports
• Communicate with management or clients regarding cleaning needs
• Support continuous improvement of cleaning processes and efficiency

Requirement

• Candidate must have at least 1year experience in the related field
• Willing to work Alternative Shift base on Schedule
