Position: Customer Services
Salary: RM1,800 – RM2,200
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Working Hours: 1.00 PM – 11.00 PM
Break Time: 6.00 PM – 8.00 PM

Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Client Executive to support the daily operations of a tuition center.
This role involves managing student enrollments, handling parent communications, overseeing billing matters, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both students and parents. The ideal candidate is organized, patient, and able to manage relationships professionally.
Key Responsibilities
1) Manage student inquiries, registration processes, and ensure accurate enrollment documentation
2) Act as the main point of contact for students and parents, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally
3) Build strong relationships with students and parents to encourage long-term participation
4) Assign students to suitable classes based on proficiency level and availability, including managing schedule adjustments
5) Handle tuition fee collections, payment follow-ups, and provide clear billing information
6) Track students’ attendance, performance, and progress; provide updates and reports to parents when necessary
7) Support marketing efforts through social media promotions, referrals, and events to attract new students
8) Assist in organizing special events, workshops, and open days
9) Maintain proper student records and ensure smooth daily operations of the tuition center
10) Collaborate closely with tutors regarding student progress and academic support
11) Handle complaints or disputes professionally to maintain customer satisfaction
12) Provide feedback to management on service improvements and student experience
Requirements
1) Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Education, Marketing, or related field
2) Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, education, or administrative role is an advantage
3) Comfortable working afternoon to night shift
4) Basic knowledge of social media platforms is an added advantage
