About The Role
We are looking for an experienced
Senior TM, Business Development & Strategy to support the growth and promotion of our futures business. In this role, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to drive marketing initiatives, strengthen front-line capabilities, and execute strategic plans that support revenue growth and market competitiveness.
What You Will Be Doing
- Design marketing collaterals and seek all approvals to ensure compliance to Corporate Identity (CI)
- Support development and promotion of futures product
- Support futures’ business development and marketing initiatives
- Support development of FBRs skills and knowledge
- Support strategic plans to promote futures products
- Support workshops and training for branch FBR
- Support organization and management of events and seminars(webinars)
- Keep tab of rival broker’s offering and provide plans to counter competition
- Grow branch revenue
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field.
- Experience in business development, strategy, or marketing within financial services or capital markets.
- The candidate must possess a valid CMSRL for dealing in futures or hold a dual license.
- Good understanding of futures products and market dynamics.
- Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Creative and analytical, with the ability to translate strategy into practical execution.
