Position: Content Creator Cum Marketing
Salary: RM2,500 – RM3,000 + RM100 Attendance Allowance
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Working Hours: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Location: 51, Jalan Dahlia, Taman Bukit Dahlia, 81700 Pasir Gudang, Johor

Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Creator Cum Marketing to manage content creation and support marketing activities in an educational environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for producing engaging visual content, managing social media platforms, and supporting marketing campaigns to attract and engage parents and students. You will also ensure that all content aligns with the brand image and complies with child safety and privacy guidelines.

This position is ideal for individuals who are creative, organized, and passionate about content creation within a structured and meaningful environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan, create, and produce engaging photo and video content featuring classroom activities, events, and school environment
2. Manage and update social media platforms
3. Design marketing materials including posters, banners, flyers, brochures, and social media visuals
4. Edit videos for reels, short clips, and promotional content
5. Prepare and manage weekly and monthly content calendars
6. Execute basic digital marketing activities including social media ads and post boosting
7. Write engaging captions, promotional messages, and parent-focused content
8. Ensure brand consistency in visuals, tone, and messaging suitable for children and parents
9. Assist in marketing campaigns for enrolment, events, and festive promotions
10. Monitor social media performance and prepare basic analytics reports
11. Coordinate with teachers and management to capture relevant content
12. Ensure all content complies with child safety, privacy, and school policies

Requirements

1. Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, or related field
2. Experience in content creation, social media management, or marketing is an advantage
3. Basic skills in design and editing tools
4. Able to work in a structured environment and manage multiple tasks
