Position: Sales Executive
Salary: RM2,000 – RM3,000
Working Days: 5 working days
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to support business growth by building strong client relationships and generating new business opportunities.
In this role, you will engage with SME owners, founders, and decision-makers to understand their business needs and recommend suitable solutions or programs. You will also be responsible for managing sales pipelines, conducting presentations, and maintaining excellent customer relationships throughout the sales cycle.
This position is ideal for individuals who are confident in communication, proactive in networking, and passionate about achieving sales targets in a professional business environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with SME owners, founders, and decision-makers
2. Generate and qualify leads through calls, events, referrals, campaigns, digital platforms, and networking activities
3. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
4. Engage with prospects professionally through phone calls, WhatsApp, Zoom meetings, physical meetings, and events
5. Conduct business discovery sessions to understand client challenges, goals, and growth opportunities
6. Apply consultative selling approaches to recommend suitable programs and solutions based on client needs
7. Deliver tailored sales presentations, manage objections professionally, and close deals effectively
8. Develop and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-ups and excellent service standards
9. Collaborate with marketing and internal teams by sharing market feedback and ideas to improve strategies and campaigns
Requirements
1. Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
2. Experience in sales, business development, or customer engagement is an advantage
3. Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply
4. Confident in conducting presentations and client meetings
