Role

We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist with strong expertise in advanced analytics and industrial data science. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working in manufacturing, industrial, or plant environments and possess strong analytical capabilities to develop predictive models, optimize processes, and drive data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret large-scale industrial, sensor, and operational datasets
• Utilize Seeq for time-series analysis and industrial analytics
• Develop and deploy machine learning and predictive analytics solutions
• Build predictive maintenance models to improve equipment reliability
• Design analytics solutions for process optimization and operational efficiency
• Develop models for quality improvement and yield optimization
• Perform statistical analysis and hypothesis-driven investigations
• Conduct root-cause analysis and troubleshoot complex operational issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven business outcomes
• Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Data Science, Advanced Analytics, or related fields
• Hands-on experience in manufacturing, industrial, or plant environments
• Strong experience with Seeq for industrial time-series analytics
• Proficiency in Python, including Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis
• Solid understanding of Machine Learning techniques, including regression, anomaly detection, and predictive modeling
• Experience with statistical modeling and hypothesis-driven analysis
• Strong expertise in time-series and sensor data analytics
• Experience building predictive models for:
• Predictive Maintenance
• Process Optimization
• Quality and Yield Improvement
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Experience performing root-cause analysis and troubleshooting complex issues

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with large-scale industrial IoT (IIoT) datasets
• Knowledge of manufacturing analytics and operational excellence initiatives
• Experience with cloud-based analytics platforms is an advantage
• Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools is a plus
