Responsibilities:

• Provide support to assigned customers and overseas agents by handling sales quotations, RFIs, RFQs, and inquiries related to air shipments.
• Coordinate air export bookings with airlines and co-loader agents.
• Follow up with clients and assist with air export billing, invoice verification, and resolving rate discrepancies.
• Liaise effectively with customers, sales teams, overseas agents, and internal operations teams to ensure smooth shipment arrangements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE O Level qualification.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Able to collaborate effectively within a team and with the air operations department.
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Willing to work overtime when required.
